Hensel Phelps was awarded the Kaiser Potrero Hill Medical Office Building and Garage to be constructed in San Francisco, California. Hensel Phelps has joined forces with Pan-Pacific Plumbing and Morrow-Meadows Electrical to form a majority women-owned company named HPM Construction, LLC. HPM Construction, LLC is currently providing preconstruction services and is scheduled to commence construction in January 2014. The estimated project value is $120M, which consists of three levels of below-grade parking and five levels of medical services.
