Hensel Phelps Awarded the Integrated Capabilities Office (ICO) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Florida

The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Mobile District awarded Hensel Phelps Southeast District the $76 Million ICO project at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Florida.

This design-build project is for the design and construction of a two-story building, parking area and a supporting Utility Area building, which consists of a Central Utility Plant and Industrial Shop area.

The project kicks off in September 2022 and is estimated to have a scheduled completion date of April 2025.
