Hensel Phelps’ Board of Directors promotes Shannon M. Gustine, LEED AP BD+C to Operations Manager.  Shannon M. Gustine, LEED AP BD+C, Operations Manager, a graduate of Santa Clara University (B.S.) and Oregon State University (M.S.), began her career with Hensel Phelps in 1996 and rose through the ranks to become Project Manager before being appointed Operations Manager.  Ms. Gustine is based at the Northern California District Office in San Jose, California.
