About the Project
The National Maritime Intelligence Center (NMIC) Renovation and Expansion project accommodates 827 military and civilian employees in an efficient, state-of-the-art, secured environment providing command support for missions related to the Office of Naval Intelligence, the U.S. Coast Guard Intelligence Coordination Center, and National Maritime Intelligence Integration Office. The Hensel Phelps design-build team completed renovation work within the existing main building and constructed a new five-story, 198,465-SF addition.
