About the Project
The rich and colorful history of the State of Colorado is featured within the 198,659-SF History Colorado Center, a new complex of museum and exhibit spaces that replaces the Colorado History Museum in downtown Denver. The four-story center includes educational and community spaces, administrative offices, collections management and storage, offices of the State Archaeologist as well as Archaeology and Historic Preservation, and the Stephen H. Hart Library. Nearly 7,700 SF of expandable space were also included in the project.
