About the Project

The new Kaiser Permanente Riverside Bed Tower Expansion project includes a five-story bed tower, 1,500-stall parking structure, central utility plant, unique site work and related campus backfill/remodel projects in and around the active hospital. The hospital will hold approximately 120 beds in its 220,000 SF. Preconstruction and planning services include the location of a new CUP and supporting buildings based on service area strategic allocation.
